Overview

An established and growing technology company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and scale its cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on building reliable, secure, and automated systems to support modern application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Automate processes using scripting and configuration tools
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform improvements
• Support incident response and participate in on-call rotation
• Promote best practices in security, reliability, and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform or similar)
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of cloud security best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Desirable

• Experience with data platforms or workflow tools (e.g. data pipelines, orchestration)
• Experience in regulated environments
• Exposure to scaling systems in growing organisations
